We function at the intersection where founders and funders meet. While venture capital has seen exponential growth over the past decade, research shows that Black business owners receive less business financing, less often, and at higher rates.
Anchored in our mission by our unique pitch competition, Black Founders Pitch, we provide business advisory services that assist founders in necessary business growth strategies such as pitching, fundraising, and marketing. Our competition is an opportunity for founders to raise funds directly from the consumer community, and our strategic partnerships create access to resources designed to help our founders achieve and sustain success.
We are also committed to building a comprehensive entrepreneurial ecosystem that supports all Black Men founders in every stage of business. Whether a founder is starting up or established and expanding, we are here to help you elevate your business ventures to the next level!
By championing Black entrepreneurship, we strive to close the racial wealth gap.
When we started our organization, we set out to do two things:
(1) show Black men that there are benefits in entrepreneurship, and (2) create opportunities for Black men founders to reap those benefits.
